    what about if theres a house price crash and uk prices drop the predicted 30-60%. this will affect commercial property too ?

    She ends with “Good Luck”…. yep, you’ll bloody well need it!!! Selling the dream like all the other “gurus”. People, don’t waste your time or money. The only people that make money here are those that run courses (usually expensive ones) for dreamers that believe they can compete in the commercial property industry against the big boys. Forget it! Unless you’ve got heaps of cash and are really liquid, stick to residential property investment.
